What the Drawings Show

Planning drawings show the proposed layout and appearance alongside the existing building, so the changes can be understood as a whole.

• Floor Plans show room layouts, extensions and internal alterations.
• Elevations show changes to roofs, walls, windows and doors.
• Sections, Where Needed, explain floor levels and the relationship with the roof space.

We start with a full measure-up, prepare the existing drawings and develop your ideas. We bring printed proposals and any alternative options back to you to agree the final design.

Before We Begin

Tell us the property address and briefly describe what you would like to achieve. We take external photographs during the visit. Any existing plans or previous planning decisions you hold are useful background, but you do not need a finished design.

Once you are happy with the full technical plans, we submit the planning application where required and act as your agent through the approval process. You pay the application fees.

What Comes Next?
